The Strategic Investment Priority Plan (SIPP) shall contain the priority investment projects or activities that are qualified for registration and grant of incentives under the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises (CREATE) Act.

Tourist Transport Services, whether for land, air or sea transport for tourist use;
Establishment and Operation of:
Accommodation Establishment (e.g., hotel, resort, apartment hotel/serviced residences, guest accommodation, eco-lodge and homestay)
Convention and Exhibition Facilities (MICE)
Amusement Parks
Adventure and Eco-Tourism Facilities
Sports Facilities and Recreational Centers
Health and Wellness Facilities
Theme Parks
Farm Tourism
Tourism Training Centers and Institutes
Development of Retirement Villages; and
Restoration/Preservation and Operation of Historical Shrines, Landmarks and Structures
