Please be advised that the old Online Travel Tax Payment Systems (OTTPS), powered by CIS Bayad Center, Inc., will be deactivated on August 15, 2025. All passengers are recommended to migrate to the new Online Travel Tax Services System (OTTSS) moving forward which can be accessed through this link:
Please note that Travel Tax payments made through the old OTTPS cannot be validated on the eTravel system. If you encounter a Travel tax payment not found” pop-up (see example screenshots below, simply click “Yes” to proceed and generate a QR code for immigration clearance.
Please have a soft or hard copy of your Acknowledgement Receipt on hand as proof payment in case the Airline check-in counter asks for it.
